WUAHandler 6/15/2020 9:24:51 AM 1808 (0x0710). My customer has Acrobat DC installed on a Windows 10 PC which is a member of a Windows Domain. If he logs in as the domain administrator, it works fine. If he logs in as himself. I kept having this problem and found a solution myself. I assumed it had to do something with the compatibility settings for the original document so I opened that document in a freebie PDF editor that has very little capability but it let me save the document to be compatible with PDF 1.5 and above. I deleted the formed saved then opened a new document and saved it. I then opened it and filled out a couple of lines to test. When I tried to save it I get the following message; the operation failed because Adobe Acrobat DC encountered an unknown error. Follow these steps if, when you try to create a PDF using Adobe PDF Printer or the Convert to Adobe PDF (PDFMaker function) feature from various applications, you receive the following error: 'Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated.'
